Enrollment Services Web Developers Users' Group
The Enrollment Services Web Developer Users’ Group (ES-WDUG) is an organization designed to increase the flow of information between and provide support for the web developers within the Enrollment Services unit.
Purpose
ES-WDUG’s goals are to:
- To provide a venue for departments within enrollment services to have an organized process for communication about the Web.
- To update enrollment services developers with any new tools available for web development.
- To update the developers about new university-wide web situations and policies.
- To help maintain consistency and eliminate redundancy on the web between departments within enrollment services.
- To support development and help maintain the enrollment services strategic web plan.
Function
The function of ES-WDUG is to meet once a month for approximately one hour with a standing agenda:
- Updates from each area.
- Web Developers Users Group (WDUG) update.
- Web Advisory Committee (WAC) update.
- Review of the web logs for each area.
- Any current web items in enrollment services to discuss.
Membership
Members of ES-WDUG have been selected by the individual offices within the Enrollment Services unit.
